GLOBIS participated in the Learning & Development Conferences held in both Singapore and Malaysia this September, joining as a gold sponsor. These major regional events brought together senior HR and L&D leaders to explore how organizations can strengthen capabilities and prepare for the future of work.

In Singapore, CEO Dr. Takashi Tsutsumi spoke on rebuilding core capabilities to drive organizational performance, highlighting how companies can return to their foundations to stay competitive in a fast-changing environment. In Malaysia, Director Jake Pratley addressed the challenges of scaling L&D across global teams, sharing practical approaches for making programs both accessible and impactful.

Alongside the sessions, GLOBIS welcomed many participants at our booth, where we exchanged ideas on the evolving needs of corporate training and introduced our MBA and executive education offerings.
