Last night, GLOBIS welcomed participants to a highly interactive seminar held in collaboration with NRI Singapore titled “Key Points for Practical Talent Management.”
As organizations continue to navigate evolving business environments and global expansion, effective talent management remains a critical priority. The seminar explored how companies can strengthen their approach to recruiting, developing, evaluating, and promoting talent across international operations, particularly within multicultural environments.
Drawing on the combined expertise of GLOBIS and Nomura Research Institute, the session highlighted practical strategies for leadership development, employee engagement, and organizational growth. Through real-world examples and discussions, participants gained insights into common challenges faced by global organizations and approaches for building sustainable talent strategies.
The event also provided an opportunity for attendees to exchange perspectives and reflect on how these ideas can be applied within their own organizations.
GLOBIS extends its sincere thanks to Satoshi Awamura, Hiroshige Muraoka, and Ryoichi Suwa for their valuable support and collaboration in making the event a success, as well as to all participants for their active engagement throughout the session.
