On 7 December 2023, GLOBIS participated in the CHRO Singapore, an annual conference that brought together over 160 Chief Human Resources Officers and senior decision-makers to exchange insights on the latest HR trends and best practices.

As part of the event, GLOBIS shared the concept of kokorozashi—a personal mission that connects individual skills with broader social impact. We received many comments from participants who appreciated the relevance of this idea, particularly in the context of employee well-being and talent retention as priorities for long-term organizational success.
