In March 2025, GLOBIS had the privilege of participating in the HR & WorkTech Asia Summit. This premier conference, organized by Escom, brought together CHROs, CXOs, and WorkTech leaders from across the region to discuss the future role of HR and technology.

Our CEO Dr. Takashi Tsutsumi delivered a keynote presentation titled “Enhancing Omotenashi with Technology: A Case Study of Japanese-Style Hospitality,” which sparked engaging discussions on the intersection of Japanese culture, technology, and modern workplace practices.

The summit was an excellent opportunity for GLOBIS to share its approach and connect with organizations committed to advancing their people and culture strategies.
