This month, GLOBIS Asia Campus successfully completed two Corporate Development Seminars in Tokyo for our first corporate clients from India, Bajaj Life Insurance and Axis Bank. The events saw a strong turnout, with the first session on July 12 welcoming approximately 100 participants at the Shinagawa Prince Hotel, and a second session on July 13 gathering about 60 senior executives and management leaders at the ANA InterContinental Tokyo.
During the sessions, GLOBIS showcased its unique expertise across core business topics, including Critical Thinking, Leadership, and Kokorozashi (personal mission). Both seminars were exceptionally well-received by participants, with a particular highlight being the exploration of cultural differences between Japan and India. This positive response strongly reflects the value and impact of GLOBIS’s signature discussion-based learning approach.
Throughout the interactive seminars, attendees demonstrated a high level of engagement by actively participating in discussions, asking thoughtful questions, and sharing practical insights from their own business experiences. This dynamic environment fostered meaningful dialogue and knowledge exchange among participants from diverse professional backgrounds. GLOBIS Asia Campus also took the opportunity to introduce our VLP and MMP programs to the attendees.
These inaugural seminars represent a significant milestone in GLOBIS Asia Campus’s strategic vision to expand our corporate training presence within the Indian market. The overwhelmingly positive reception from both organizations validates our approach to cross-cultural business education and lays a robust foundation for future growth. We look forward to building on this momentum, forging deeper partnerships in India, and empowering more organizations across the region with the practical tools and leadership capabilities needed to succeed on a global stage.
