Biography:

With over 25 years of experience in leadership development, talent management, and business transformation, Virendra currently serves as Executive Officer at OMRON Corporation and Head of the IAB Global Business Operations and Services Division.

Since joining OMRON in 2014, he has held key roles including GM of Global HR Strategy and President of the OMRON Management Center of APAC, where he led corporate functions supporting over 5,500 employees across 22 entities. He has played a pivotal role in global projects such as GRHMS, VOICE, and PJ Oasis.

Prior to OMRON, he held senior HR and engineering roles at Sony Electronics, Schneider Electric, and International Rectifier. An instrumentation engineer by training, he combines technical expertise with a deep commitment to building high-performing organizations.
