GLOBIS Asia Campus (Singapore) will be offering Essentials Marketing and Strategy in the July 2025 term.

The main objective of this course is to establish a systematic understanding of strategy and marketing.
The key outcome is to enhance students’ ability to make decisions about marketing and strategy from a manager’s point of view. Students will learn about the role of strategy and marketing in corporate management, as well as basic frameworks and analytical methods through practical application to short cases.

Participants will engage in practical case studies and real-world applications to hone these skills, enabling them to take immediate action in their workplaces. No prior study is required—those interested are welcome to join a trial class to experience the course firsthand.

Takashi Tsutsumi

CEO of GLOBIS Asia Campus

Takashi Tsutsumi is a seasoned business professional with a diverse background across industries.

Upon graduation from Kyoto University, Takashi started his career as a claims expert at Tokio Marine Fire and Insurance. In this role, he primarily worked to identify the causes of accidents, calculate damages, and negotiate with stakeholders.

Takashi later joined GLOBIS Corporate Training as an organizational development consultant. At GLOBIS, he designed and delivered numerous corporate training sessions centered around enhancing performance and productivity for client companies.

After gaining his MBA from Ashridge Business School, Takashi joined Eli Lilly Japan K.K. as a recruiter, overseeing HR-related operations and mid-career recruiting.

In 2016, Takashi returned to GLOBIS Corporation, where he went on to manage faculty development, content creation, and in-house research.
Currently, Takashi is the head of GLOBIS Asia Campus Pte. Ltd., where he is responsible for providing training and development programs to corporate clients in Southeast Asia.
