Head of Training

Paul Lancaster is an accomplished business leader with a wealth of experience in executive-level roles across Sales, Business Development, Corporate Finance, and Strategy. His career spans both blue-chip organizations and international start-ups across Europe and the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region.

Currently serving as the Head of Sales and Training for GLOBIS in APAC, Paul reports directly to the CEO and President of Asia-Pacific.

Paul thrives in both established corporate environments and dynamic, fast-paced start-up ecosystems, where he has demonstrated his ability to build profitable and sustainable structures in new markets. His expertise lies in seamlessly navigating between proven business systems and pioneering new ventures across diverse regions.
